Terms & Conditions

The Movement Perspective | Studio Mastery Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing The Movement Perspetive. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the parties.

 

By clicking "Enrol Now", or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your payment information, or otherwise ,you agree to the terms and conditions set out below (‘Terms & Conditions’).

 

Parties and Programs

You are the Client (your details are set out on the Payment Page), and The Movement Pespective 

 

Your selected Program is referred to throughout as the Services.

​

Studio Mastery – 6 months (minimum). This program is for Pilates & Yoga Studio Owners.

​

Inclusions

  • Fortnightly group Q&A calls 

  • 3 x 45 minute 1:1 calls with either Chloe OR Vickie

  • 1 x monthly Live training with Chloe OR Vickie

  • MP Signature Framework Modules

  • 2x 90 Day Action Plans

  • Monthly Copy Review

  • Accountability & Coaching support via Slack (weekly office hours)

  • Guest Speakers

Engagement

  • The Movement Perspective agreeds to deliver the 'Services' to 'You' the client for the fee, on the date/s as set out as in the program handbook, or as agreed to in writing by the parties.

  • The Commencement Date is outline on the Sales Page or as otherwise advised.
  • Both parties agree that the 'Services' will be provided online

  •  

    ​The Movement Perspective will only  provide you with a refund of the services fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide the services

 

 

Fee

  • You agree to pay The Movement Perspective the fee as set out on the Checkout Page

  • You agree to make payment of the Fee by the due date of your respective payment option

  • You agree that if you default on any payments due, any costs incurred by The Movement Perspective will be payable by you.

Termination

  • Any intention to terminate the 'Services' must be submitted via written email notification to The Movement Persective.

  • 'Services' are non-refundable

  • If you wish to terminare the 'Services' early, for any reason at all, all unpaid amounts of the Fee are non-refundable, and  must be paid in full.

  • The Movement Perspective reserves the right to terminate your involvement in the 'Services' for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Movement Perspective will only provide you with a refund if The Movement Perspective is unable to continue to provide the 'Services'

Cancelling and Reschedules 1:1 Sessions

  • Both parties agree to reschedule any 1:1 sessions in writing

  • Rescheduling will be subject to availability

  • A minimum of 2 business days is required to reschedule a 1:1 sessions, if you make schedule changes outside of this boundary you forfeit your 1:1 session.

Delivery of Services

  • Group calls are delivered via Zoom

  • The curriculum (MP Signature Framework) is delivered through your online portal on Podia which you can access anytime

  • The MP Framework is drip fed throughout the 6 month Mastermind, and not all content will be available to you at the commencment date.

  • The curriculum and content is intended for single use only. Sharing of your access to the online portal is strictly prohibited. This includes the sharing of any login or access details, program materials, templates, booklets or access to any other part of the program.

  • Access to the online portal is valid for the lifetime of the 'Services'.

Communication

Results from the Services

  • The Movement Perspective will provide you with the inclusions contained in the Studio Mastery Mastermind. 

  • The Movement Perspective makes no guarantee that the 'Services' will meet your requirements or that all clients will achieve the same results.

Disclaimer

  • You are solely responsible for implementing your own business marketing, and are solely responsible for all actions, choices and results within your business. 

  • You agree that The Movement Perspective is not liable or responsible for any actions or inaction affecting your business, including any direct or indirect result of the 'Services' provided by The Movement Perspective.

  • You agree to communicate openly and honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy required for this program.

Use of Confidential Information

  • All confidentiality obligations continue after completion of services

  • The Movement Perspective will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without your prior consent.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • You agree that any works, materials or information provided by The Movement Perspective will remain the sole property of The Movement Perspective.

Marketing​

  • You agree that The Movement Perspective may use any testimonials provided by you from time to time for marketing purposes.

​

Mailing List

  • Through enrolling in Studio Mastery you agree that you will be added to the mailing list of The Movement Perspective and may recieve promotional material, updates or other content from The Movement Perspective.

​

Entire Agreement and Modifications

  • Both you and The Movmenet Perspective confirm and acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions supersede and override all previous written or oral agreements between parties.
